Download HBar

To install and launch the program...

1. Download the package file
2. Unpack it to the directory where you want to install the program
3. After you unpack it, launch HBar.exe
4. In the Projects sub-directory you'll find example projects

System requirements:
HBar will run under Windows 98, ME, Windows 2000 and XP.

Version 1.10:
- Fixed a bug where the HBar could not launch on systems with latest IE updates.

Version 1.06:
- Fixed a bug which caused the HBar to ignore the color values written in lower case.

Version 1.05:
- Added the 'Tab Spacing' option.
- Removed the 'Background Position X' and 'Background Repeat' options.
- Fixed a bug where the HBar could not select Background Image files that are not in the project's directory.
